The church is people not buildings. Common Ground is a mission community whose calling is summarised in the three words: Pray, Together and Go. We aim to provide a welcome whether you are a Christian, wondering what faith means or sceptical.
We have not suspended praying or our mission activity as a result of the COVID19 restrictions. Far from it. We have changed how we do things and meet online and help St Mary's open for private prayer if permitted. Guildford is in Tier 4 but churches continue to provide opportunities for communal worship, see links to websites below. Our Spirituality and Reflections sections are good places to start to help you pray. There is a special Christmas Reflections section.
We have a community "office of prayer" which we aim to say daily. This might also be a good opportunity to try prayer walking!
